About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Finance Departments of major corporate clients
Redesign performance management models and define Finance IT strategy roadmaps
Support operational teams in Data Management and Big Data projects
Act as a Business Partner to optimize and improve financial processes and reporting
Lead management control and financial management teams, including providing interim management support
Review internal control and risk management frameworks
Develop team capabilities
Participate in the firm’s internal events and projects
Contribute to the success of complex, international transformation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree from a business school or university, or equivalent qualification such as the French DSCG, Master CCA, or a Master’s degree in Finance
At least 2 years of experience gained in a consulting or audit firm, financial institution, or banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, etc.)
Strong knowledge of high-impact national and international reporting requirements and regulations, including IFRS, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, SURFI, Basel standards, and related frameworks
And/or proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile methodology, planning, budget management, quality planning, and team supervision and coordination
Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and organizational abilities
Fluent in English
