About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with the Finance Departments of our major insurance clients
  • Work on transformation, compliance, organizational and/or process improvement projects
  • Lead large transformation projects related to changes in accounting standards, regulations and prudential requirements
  • Support clients in optimizing and improving closing and reporting processes
  • Review internal control and risk management frameworks
  • Contribute to the development of more junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience gained in a large company or consulting firm
  • Excellent knowledge of the insurance sector, its business lines and key processes (risk, finance, compliance, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of national, European and international standards and regulations with significant impact (IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Solvency II, ENS, etc.)
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile methodology, planning, budget management, quality plan, team leadership and facilitation)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized and with proven team management abilities
  • Autonomy, commitment, efficiency and a strong client service orientation
  • Proficiency in English
