About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support the Finance Departments of our large corporate clients and work in the following areas: financial transformation project governance and steering
Redesign of performance management models and definition of the Finance IT roadmap
Support operational teams on Data Management and Big Data projects
Lead management control/financial steering teams and provide interim management
Act as the Business Partner for our clients, ensuring the optimization and improvement of financial processes and reporting
Review internal control and risk management frameworks
Contribute to the firm's development: develop the team's skills
Participate in the firm's internal events and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, DSCG, Master CCA (Accounting, Control & Audit) or a Master’s in Finance
You have at least 2 years of experience gained in a consulting or audit firm, a financial institution or at a banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, …)
You have strong knowledge of national and international reporting frameworks and regulations with significant impact: IFRS standards, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, SURFI, Basel, etc.
And/or you master project management methodologies and tools (Agile methods, planning, budget management, quality plan, team supervision and coordination)
With strong interpersonal skills, a team spirit and good organizational abilities, you are eager to develop your skills throughout your career
You are proficient in English
