About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will support the Finance Departments of our large corporate clients and work in the following areas: financial transformation project governance and steering
  • Redesign of performance management models and definition of the Finance IT roadmap
  • Support operational teams on Data Management and Big Data projects
  • Lead management control/financial steering teams and provide interim management
  • Act as the Business Partner for our clients, ensuring the optimization and improvement of financial processes and reporting
  • Review internal control and risk management frameworks
  • Contribute to the firm's development: develop the team's skills
  • Participate in the firm's internal events and projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, DSCG, Master CCA (Accounting, Control & Audit) or a Master’s in Finance
  • You have at least 2 years of experience gained in a consulting or audit firm, a financial institution or at a banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, …)
  • You have strong knowledge of national and international reporting frameworks and regulations with significant impact: IFRS standards, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, SURFI, Basel, etc.
  • And/or you master project management methodologies and tools (Agile methods, planning, budget management, quality plan, team supervision and coordination)
  • With strong interpersonal skills, a team spirit and good organizational abilities, you are eager to develop your skills throughout your career
  • You are proficient in English
