Team Leader, Payroll

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Management of outsourced payroll: defining and ensuring adherence to the payroll calendar
- Execution of the full payroll process: importing time & attendance and payroll variables, payroll checks, full and final settlements, and post-employment payslips
- Preparation of bank transfers, statutory social declarations, post-pay reports, accounting statements and reporting
- Management of relationships with social authorities on behalf of clients
- Monitoring of social and regulatory developments
- Technical support for payroll administrators
- Line management of payroll administrators
- Monitoring payroll activity and client satisfaction
- Conducting regular review meetings to track team evaluations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary qualification)
- At least 5 years' experience in a firm (accounting or payroll firm preferred)
- Proficient in Excel
- Comfortable with HRIS and other HR software
- Proficient in Silae
- Knowledge of English is a plus
