About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with the Finance Departments of our major accounts in the Banking and Insurance sectors to support them in their projects
  • Contribute to the various phases of a Finance transformation project: evolution of accounting, management and reporting information systems; regulatory projects; organisation and/or improvement of Finance function processes
  • Organise project governance and facilitate steering committees and working workshops – monitor progress and report to project stakeholders
  • Formalise requirements documents, statements of work and functional specifications
  • Improve and secure data quality, perform impact analyses and propose solutions
  • Define test strategy and test plans, and execute functional and integration tests
  • Review and optimise business operational controls and processes
  • Change management and deployment: project communications, preparation of functional documentation, training and support for business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, with a focus on management/finance or management information systems
  • 2 to 5 years' hands-on experience within a Finance department or in Finance project ownership/PMO
  • Knowledge of the Finance function and/or associated information systems
  • Adaptable, well-organised, proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player and good written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
