About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with the Finance Departments of our major accounts in the Banking and Insurance sectors to support them in their projects
Contribute to the various phases of a Finance transformation project: evolution of accounting, management and reporting information systems; regulatory projects; organisation and/or improvement of Finance function processes
Organise project governance and facilitate steering committees and working workshops – monitor progress and report to project stakeholders
Formalise requirements documents, statements of work and functional specifications
Improve and secure data quality, perform impact analyses and propose solutions
Define test strategy and test plans, and execute functional and integration tests
Review and optimise business operational controls and processes
Change management and deployment: project communications, preparation of functional documentation, training and support for business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, with a focus on management/finance or management information systems
2 to 5 years' hands-on experience within a Finance department or in Finance project ownership/PMO
Knowledge of the Finance function and/or associated information systems
Adaptable, well-organised, proactive and solutions-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills, team player and good written communication skills
Proficiency in English and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
