About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Further development and optimization of our internal tools and processes.
- Development and integration of APIs and interfaces with external systems.
- Supporting the team with technical challenges and automations.
- Contributing to the development of our planned customer portal.
- Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Independently executing projects in close coordination with the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on mentality: You take initiative and implement pragmatic solutions quickly.
- Agile mindset: You work solution-oriented and efficiently without unnecessary complexity.
- Programming experience: At least 2–3 years of experience with Python/Django.
- Database knowledge: Confident handling of SQL, PostgreSQL and MariaDB.
- Experience with automation tools: Familiarity with Make.com and Zapier.
- Web development knowledge: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- API development: Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
- DevOps skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker and ideally Kubernetes.
- Cloud services: Basic experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Version control: Confident use of Git and Clean Code principles.
- Tools: Experience with or ability to quickly learn Close.io, Airtable, DailyFire, Google Sheets.
- Quick learner: Ability to get up to speed with new tools and systems rapidly.
- Independence: Proactive work style with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player: Good communication and documentation of work results.
- Language skills: Fluent in German (spoken and written).
