About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and related equipment
- Complete vehicle inspections and ensure MTO compliance
- Troubleshoot engine, transmission, braking, and emissions systems
- Accurately complete work orders and service documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support emergency and after-hours repairs as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
- Previous experience with diesel or heavy-duty equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair procedures
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
