About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide complex-level support for the Employer Account Executive and Employer Groups
  • Drive communications, client-facing initiatives, and product and program recommendations
  • Resolve issues with Employer Groups and Health Plan Leadership and coordinate process improvements
  • Build business cases and lead or support client-facing initiatives, implementations, performance standards, and cost justifications
  • Analyze reporting requests and present relevant information to support client and leadership decision-making
  • Optimize pharmacy spend for existing small employer accounts through Prime products and services
  • Facilitate regular Employer Group meetings and promote product opportunities
  • Support client audits, presentations, client visits, and health fairs
  • Document account interactions, risks, decisions, and actions in Salesforce CRM
  • Support Employer Group retention through proactive issue resolution and relationship management
  • Mentor and train the Employer Account Management team
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for client-specific initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
  • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required
  • 5 years of Client Service/Account Management experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Ability to develop effective selling messages, presentations, and proposals that drive sales
  • Strong interpersonal, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, consensus-building, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Ability to balance compliance, business, and competing goals and risks
  • Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to lead multiple complex projects under pressure and strict timeframes
  • Ability to manage complex information and develop well-reasoned client solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment
  • Master's or advanced degree preferred
  • Leadership and/or project management experience preferred
  • Healthcare or PBM industry experience preferred
  • Pharmacy Technician experience and/or CPhT certification preferred
  • Must comply with job-specific security responsibilities, controls, legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations available when requested
