About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with payment posting, mailing dunning letters and maintaining all client service agreements
- Follow invoicing practices, including pre-invoicing review for fee for service, managed care, diabetic supply and supplemental rebate programs
- Assist account management and rebate management with client requests (e.g., reporting)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- HS diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required
- 6 months of work experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, rebate, pharmacy, or claims
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel and Word
