About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with payment posting, mailing dunning letters and maintaining all client service agreements
  • Follow invoicing practices, including pre-invoicing review for fee for service, managed care, diabetic supply and supplemental rebate programs
  • Assist account management and rebate management with client requests (e.g., reporting)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • HS diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required
  • 6 months of work experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, rebate, pharmacy, or claims
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel and Word
