About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the development of pharmacy pricing and rebate analyses for Prime’s existing and prospective clients
- Partners with actuaries and senior leaders to deliver accurate, timely analytics
- Investigates complex pricing questions and translates data into clear insights
- Works on high‑impact analyses and provides a strong foundation for growth into advanced actuarial or pricing leadership roles
- Performs and supports pharmacy pricing analyses and rebate guarantee calculations used in client pricing, renewals, and RFPs
- Analyzes large and complex pharmacy datasets to investigate rebate performance, utilization trends, and actual‑to‑expected results
- Prepares clear summaries, exhibits, and documentation to support client discussions and senior leadership review
- Executes ad hoc analyses to support market events, client questions, and time‑sensitive requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 5+ years of analytical experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or a PBM environment
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, VBA, Python, or similar analytical tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
