About the role
- Define and evolve the organization's AI strategy
- Establish and lead an AI center of excellence
- Lead an AI innovation team to design and deliver rapid prototypes
- Represent Prime's AI vision in client meetings and industry forums
- Develop ROI-driven business cases for AI investments
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, technology or related area of study
- 15 years of work experience, including at least 10 years in pharmacy, PBM or health care supply chain areas
- 5 years in AI strategy, digital transformation or technology
- 10 years of leadership/people management experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
