About the role
- Provide information, analyses, and consultation to internal and external stakeholders
- Assess performance of Star ratings and quality data
- Develop recommendations for improvements
- Lead complex client analytical work efforts
- Act as subject matter expert for internal projects between quality management team and enterprise analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, reporting & analytics, Star ratings and quality, healthcare, or related field
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Strong PBM industry knowledge
- Ability to establish rapport and influence at all levels within an organization
- Ability to communicate effectively and present complex data to various audiences
