About the role
- Actively prospect potential leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify these leads through analysis, assessing their fit against the company's established criteria.
- Handle inbound channels, ensuring prompt and high-quality support.
- Assist strategic partners by strengthening relationships and supporting commercial requests.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the closers team, meeting defined qualitative and quantitative requirements.
- Update records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all lead interactions in the company's CRM, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Evaluate the performance of prospecting and lead-qualification activities, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize the process.
Requirements
- CRM experience: Proficiency with CRM tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and interaction logging.
- B2B experience: Background in prospecting and building relationships with companies, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Pre-Sales experience: Skilled in outbound phone outreach and excellent written communication for email and WhatsApp interactions.
