Requirements
- Currently enrolled students and graduates in any field (business-related degrees preferred)
- Valid driver's license (Category B) with driving experience
- Experience in B2B sales within the retail sector
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with consultative selling
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Target-driven and comfortable with challenges
- Experience in inside sales and knowledge of sales techniques (e.g., SPIN Selling) desirable
- Fixed salary with CLT (Brazilian statutory employment regime)
