About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with Field Sales as a comprehensive team to develop and focus on applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products
  • Provide continued training, development, and support for Rehab products, especially Q Logic electronics, to customers, therapists, and VA facilities
  • Communicate with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team to fulfill Rehab provider needs in the assigned Field Sales territory
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to provide Quantum product training and presentations
  • Assist with education presentations and technical training in the territory
  • Communicate Quality Assurance issues and concerns
  • Report field data regarding growth opportunities to Rehab Product Specialists and the Regional Manager
  • Maintain inventory of demo chairs, electronics, and accessories
  • Manage time and territory cost-effectively
  • Submit monthly expenses and weekly travel itineraries
  • Assist providers and technical staff with troubleshooting and repairs of field units
  • Participate in VA clinics and VA-related activities
  • Observe safety and security rules and promptly report accidents, incidents, or injuries
  • Complete Annual CTPAT Security Training
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement and good business judgment
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

Requirements

  • Ability to assemble and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical devices
  • Ability to travel for the company and transport demo equipment
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent web navigation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning, customer service, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Pride operating systems preferred
  • Basic knowledge of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations preferred
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience with electro-mechanical applications in a health care, sales, manufacturing, and/or production environment, or an Associate Degree in a related health care field, or a Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience within the Mobility Industry preferred
  • Current or previous successful employment with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate Degree in a health care-related field preferred
  • Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Safety-sensitive position
  • Must comply with applicable safety and security rules
