Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end execution of partnership-led webinars and campaigns.
Create promotional banners, webinar decks, and presentation assets.
Manage webinar logistics such as Zoom setup and email campaigns.
Maintain webinar documentation, trackers, and operational processes.
Own and support monthly newsletter operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proactive, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail.
Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data work), Canva, and PowerPoint.
Exposure to AI tools for building prompts or workflows.
