About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise electrical crews while promoting a strong safety culture
- Ensure work meets all code, quality, company, and customer standards
- Plan and schedule labor and resources, including 2-week look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades
- Monitor productivity, materials, and job progress to meet timelines
- Use tools such as Procore, BIM, Outlook, Teams, and related technology
- Mentor and train apprentices and team members
- Travel from site to site for job assignments lasting from one month to over a year
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited electrical apprenticeship with at least 2 years relevant work experience (or equivalent education/training)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Active electrical license (Journeyman license may be required based on work)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Employment is contingent upon passing a drug test and background check
