About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a technical lead and security manager for complex information systems
Utilize Privileged Access to engineer and authorize security configurations across the Computing Environment (CE)
Implement robust security solutions for mid-to-large scale networks
Execute IAM Level 2 functions including the development and enforcement of security policies
Lead the identification and mitigation of complex cyber threats
Oversee intrusion detection, forensic analysis, and incident handling procedures
Perform administrative actions with privileged access on applicable Operating Systems (OS)
Evaluate and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity posture
Mentor junior staff and provide expert-level technical guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

IAT Level 2: GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security
IAM Level 2: CAP, GSLC, CISM, CASP+ CE, or CISSP (or Associate)
Cyber Defense (CD): CEH, GCIA, CSIH, or GCIH
A formal Operating System/Computing Environment certificate of training for systems requiring privileged access
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant technical field
Possession of CNSSI 4012, 4013, 4014, 4015, or 4016 certifications
Associate’s degree from an accredited university AND 10 years of direct cybersecurity experience
5–9 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field
Possesses and maintain Top Secret Clearance (SCI preferred)
