Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage clinic workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care

  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize clinic capacity and access
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate clinic staff
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development
  • Address employee relations concerns and facilitate workplace issue resolution
  • Promote employee engagement and retention
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in nursing, business administration, or related field required, or three (3) years of experience in lieu of degree required
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience required
  • Previous clinical leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of physician practice operations and ambulatory healthcare delivery
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
