About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Completes registration for scheduled and unscheduled visits

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Six months of healthcare experience or one year of customer service
- Must pass the two-week Patient Access Academy with an 85% or higher
- CHAA/CHAM or similar certification preferred
- Basic understanding of insurance, medical terminology, billing codes, and registration processes is preferred
