About the role
- Lead, train, and support Patient Access staff
- Ensure compliance with all policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor productivity, staffing, and workflow efficiency across multiple registration areas
- Assist with setting productivity benchmarks and aligning staffing with patient volumes
- Support quality documentation and issue resolution
- Manage work queues and billing reports
- Collaborate with leadership to address operational issues
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with staff
Requirements
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field; at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong critical-thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
