About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, train, and support Patient Access staff
Ensure compliance with all policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Monitor productivity, staffing, and workflow efficiency across multiple registration areas
Assist with setting productivity benchmarks and aligning staffing with patient volumes
Support quality documentation and issue resolution
Manage work queues and billing reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field; at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
Strong critical-thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to interact effectively with customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
