About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support problem solving with initiative Owners and Workstream Lead
Identify initiative roadblocks or delays and communicate to TO team
Ensure adherence to TO guidelines and processes; modify and reconcile reports when underlying data structures change; support documentation creation as required by Stage gates (L-gates)
Partner with organizational leaders in a consultative nature to provide leadership to initiative resources in a manner that ensures timely delivery on commitments/tasks in support of broader initiative deliverables
Align and lead cross-organizational resources to ensure successful delivery of the initiative
Utilizing Wave Program Management tool, Excel or PowerPoint to design and prepare presentations and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in business area or related field
5 years + required in a consulting, finance or planning work environment
Experience supporting transformation initiatives, including data analysis, KPI tracking and project coordination
Experience in Wave Program Management Tool a plus
