• Support problem solving with initiative Owners and Workstream Lead
• Identify initiative roadblocks or delays and communicate to TO team
• Ensure adherence to TO guidelines and processes; modify and reconcile reports when underlying data structures change; support documentation creation as required by Stage gates (L-gates)
• Partner with organizational leaders in a consultative nature to provide leadership to initiative resources in a manner that ensures timely delivery on commitments/tasks in support of broader initiative deliverables
• Align and lead cross-organizational resources to ensure successful delivery of the initiative
• Utilizing Wave Program Management tool, Excel or PowerPoint to design and prepare presentations and reports
