About the role
- Participates in business strategy and planning meetings with Business Executives leadership team.
- Demonstrates complex understanding of internal business partners' business strategy and human resource implications, along with the integration of corporate strategy.
- Provides forward-looking, strategic counsel to senior executives, internal business partners.
- Conducts regular organization (division) assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues.
- Participates in the development of corporate human resource strategies; champions the vision, mission and strategic plan.
- Develops and coordinates the implementation of division-specific HR strategies aligned with corporate strategy.
- Collaborates with senior executives, internal business partners to diagnose and solve workforce challenges.
- Coordinates executive search and selection and provides executive coaching (where appropriate).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5-7 years of progressive and strategic human resources partnership experience.
- Prior experience supporting executive leaders.
