About the role
- Participates in business strategy and planning meetings
- Demonstrates complex understanding of internal business partners' business strategy and human resource implications
- Provides forward-looking, strategic counsel to senior executive, internal business partners
- Conducts regular organization assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues
- Develops and coordinates the implementation of division-specific HR strategies aligned with corporate strategy
- Collaborates with senior executive, internal business partners to diagnose and solve workforce challenges
- Coordinates executive search and selection and provides executive coaching
- Manages and coordinates the effective service delivery of the HR Solution Center and Center of Expertise
- Provides regular analysis and reporting of key HR statistics, data, trends, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 5-7 years of progressive and strategic human resources partnership experience
- Prior experience supporting executive leaders
