About the role

  • Participates in business strategy and planning meetings
  • Demonstrates complex understanding of internal business partners' business strategy and human resource implications
  • Provides forward-looking, strategic counsel to senior executive, internal business partners
  • Conducts regular organization assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues
  • Develops and coordinates the implementation of division-specific HR strategies aligned with corporate strategy
  • Collaborates with senior executive, internal business partners to diagnose and solve workforce challenges
  • Coordinates executive search and selection and provides executive coaching
  • Manages and coordinates the effective service delivery of the HR Solution Center and Center of Expertise
  • Provides regular analysis and reporting of key HR statistics, data, trends, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 5-7 years of progressive and strategic human resources partnership experience
  • Prior experience supporting executive leaders
