About the role
- First contact by phone with industry decision-makers — you convert leads into appointments
- Coordinate with experts in technical sales
- Develop and optimize outreach strategies & CRM processes
- Attend trade shows and events to build new contacts
- Provide analysis and feedback from day-to-day sales and help improve processes
Requirements
- Passion for sales & enjoyment of phone-based outreach
- Experience in B2B telephone sales or similar high-quality outbound contact
- Native-level German, very good English
- Confident use of Office applications & ideally CRM systems
- Ability to explain technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) clearly
- Experience with sales tools, lead scoring and automation (nice-to-have)
- Interest in technology, IoT, digitalization (nice-to-have)
- Initial experience with trade shows & events (nice-to-have)
