About the role
- Initial telephone outreach to industry decision-makers — you convert leads into appointments
- Coordinate with technical sales experts
- Develop and optimize outreach strategies and CRM processes
- Represent the company at trade shows and events to network and generate new contacts
- Provide analysis and feedback from day-to-day sales activities and drive improvements
Requirements
- Passion for sales and enjoyment of telephone-based outreach
- Experience in B2B telephone sales or comparable high-quality outreach
- Native-level German and very good English
- Confident user of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to communicate technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) clearly
- Experience with sales tools, lead scoring, and automation (nice-to-have)
- Affinity for technology, IoT, and digitalization (nice-to-have)
- Initial experience with trade shows and events (nice-to-have)
