About the role
- Telephone first contact with industry decision-makers – you convert leads into appointments
- Coordination with experts in technical sales
- Development and optimization of outreach strategies & CRM processes
- Presence at trade shows / events to establish new contacts
- Provide analysis and feedback from day-to-day sales activities and contribute to improvements
Requirements
- Passion for sales & enjoyment of phone-based outreach
- Experience in B2B telephone sales or comparable high-quality prospecting
- German at native level, very good English
- Confident with Office applications & ideally CRM systems
- Ability to communicate technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) clearly
- Experience with sales tools, lead scoring, automation (nice-to-haves)
- Affinity for technology, IoT, digitalization (nice-to-haves)
- Some experience with trade shows & events (nice-to-haves)
