Customer Support

• Creates and maintains the project timeline in MS Project or similar system and distributes updates to study team members
• Schedules internal and external meetings, prepares and circulates agendas, takes and files meeting minutes in the Trial Master File
• Performs Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) activities including maintaining milestone dates, contact lists, enrollment projections, and helpdesk tickets
• Prepares, assigns, and documents study-specific training and maintains training records; identifies training gaps and escalates as needed
• Establishes and manages study-level SharePoint or similar shared working spaces and access
• Creates and maintains project-specific email boxes and access for study team members
• Manages user access to study systems including submitting user requests and periodic access review documentation
• Orders study supplies and initial study binders; coordinates with printing vendors for shipping
• Maintains various study trackers as directed by project leadership
• Sends communications to study sites, investigators and others, including SUSARs, email blasts, newsletters as directed
• May support IND Safety Reports/SUSARs/CIOMS distribution and translation of site-level documents as applicable
• May act as point of contact for project-related requests from team members, sponsors, and third-party vendors
• Supports preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials and may assist with production of study reports and updates
• Performs other duties as assigned by Project Manager or Project Leadership
