About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide services through Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare’s virtual school-based program
- Deliver mental health services to students during the school day via secure telehealth
- Provide intervention, evaluation/assessment, and individual, group, and family counseling
- Develop and maintain a community referral network
- Provide education and training to individuals, groups, and agencies
- Assume 24-hour on-call duty once every staff rotation as needed
- Maintain regulatory, contract, documentation, data collection, and reporting standards
- Collaborate and coordinate care across Prairie Ridge services, including IHH and other services
- Use documentation and reporting systems, including Accreditation Now, MyOutcomes, and the Electronic Health Record
- Attend staff consultation, supervision, and training activities
- Demonstrate proficiency in agency best-practice clinical practices through supervision and direct observation
- Adhere to CARF policies and procedures
- Maintain minimum productivity hours set by agency standards
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a master’s degree in behavioral healthcare
- Full license as an LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist
- Understanding of Prairie Ridge’s mission and the patients it serves
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Proficiency in record keeping
- Technology skills sufficient to use an electronic health record
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and objectivity
- Ability to meet regulatory, contract, documentation, and reporting standards
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Experienced clinician
