About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze industrial and manufacturing processes to identify optimization opportunities and operational improvements.
- Partner with customer engineering and operations teams throughout software implementation projects.
- Gather, interpret, and analyze operational and production data to support process optimization initiatives.
- Translate customer operational requirements into process improvement recommendations.
- Support implementation of industrial software and digital transformation solutions.
- Develop process documentation, workflows, and best-practice recommendations.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve production performance.
- Participate in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational KPIs and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Support customer workshops, process assessments, and implementation activities.
- Promote operational excellence through data-driven decision making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience optimizing industrial or manufacturing processes through engineering, data analysis, or digital technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and production data.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and process industries.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with customer engineering and operations teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently within a fully remote international environment.
