About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Golang
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure quality and performance
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the continuous improvement of our systems
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions
- Mentor and share best practices with junior engineers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong backend expertise
- Proven mastery of Golang and distributed architectures
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), REST APIs, and microservices
- Significant experience in startup or scaleup environments is highly valued
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills in French (written and spoken)
- High level of autonomy, initiative, and results orientation
