About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the team as we launch new brands
  • Learn the brand-building process firsthand
  • Use design as a storytelling tool to bring new brands to life
  • Help translate identities to marketing materials, print and collateral, packaging systems, and websites
  • Get direct exposure to how brand vision becomes a compelling narrative across every touchpoint
  • Support clients through the process of building, launching, and growing their brands

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some graphic design experience, whether from an agency, in-house team, freelance work, or school projects
  • A portfolio showing design work across a few different formats or mediums
  • Solid foundations in typography, layout, and color
  • Willingness to move between execution and learning strategy, from production work to brand thinking
  • Native or fluent English
  • Based in the NYC metro area at least 80% of the year
  • Willing to work onsite in an open-plan office (local team members are onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays)
