Mid-Level Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team as we launch new brands
- Learn the brand-building process firsthand
- Use design as a storytelling tool to bring new brands to life
- Help translate identities to marketing materials, print and collateral, packaging systems, and websites
- Get direct exposure to how brand vision becomes a compelling narrative across every touchpoint
- Support clients through the process of building, launching, and growing their brands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some graphic design experience, whether from an agency, in-house team, freelance work, or school projects
- A portfolio showing design work across a few different formats or mediums
- Solid foundations in typography, layout, and color
- Willingness to move between execution and learning strategy, from production work to brand thinking
- Native or fluent English
- Based in the NYC metro area at least 80% of the year
- Willing to work onsite in an open-plan office (local team members are onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays)
