About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the processing, validation and quality assurance of survey data across the project lifecycle
- Produce standard deliverables: datasets, data tables, codeframes and documentation
- Support weighting, significance testing and statistical analyses under guidance from senior analysts
- Learn and apply Python, R and automated processing techniques to reduce manual effort
- Use AI-assisted tools for coding, QA and documentation
- Help develop and improve automated processing workflows alongside existing tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong numerical and analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in a data, analysis or research-related role, or a strong quantitative background (statistics, economics, data science, social science with a quantitative focus)
- Good command of Excel and general data handling
- Willingness and genuine appetite to learn Python and/or R
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Knowledge of German and/or French would be an advantage
- Exposure to Python, R, SQL, SPSS or other statistical software (not required)
- Familiarity with survey research or survey datasets (not required)
- Interest in AI-assisted coding or analytical tools (not required)
