About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies for IC products and segments.
- Identify and explore potential markets through detailed market intelligence.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new business.
- Visit customers regularly, prepare commercial proposals, and lead negotiations.
- Support distributors’ activities and oversee key projects for new products and product changes.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and provide reports on sales performance and pipeline development.
- Build strong cooperation with international technical laboratories and supply chain teams.
- Ensure positive account planning, financial tracking, and project delivery.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, ideally in technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Czech/Slovak industrial market.
- Technical background (Chemical Engineer, Materials Engineer, or similar).
- Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 3,000–5,000 km per month).
- Experience in working within an international corporate environment.
