About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze business requirements for improvements
Implement business solutions based on validated user requirements, following SAP standard and the PPG SAP S/4 Global Template
Support existing sites using eWM and IM
Build working relationships with IT colleagues and business stakeholders
Develop understanding of the SAP template within 1–3 months
Solve open incidents, perform analysis, propose solutions, and follow deployment through Production
Prepare Unit Test and System Integration Test scripts and execute testing
Support User Acceptance Testing
Develop and support knowledge-transfer documentation and processes
Build knowledge of SBU processes within 1–3 months to facilitate rapid solutioning
Evaluate cross-stream impacts of proposed solutions and adhere to SAP standard and the foundational template
Follow health and safety guidelines and participate in safety programs
Ensure adherence to EH&S policy, procedures, and site-specific safety guidelines
Report to the D2R Operations Lead, APAC

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or another business-related field is required
Minimum 10 years’ experience with SAP S/4 eWM, IM, and MM modules
Consultant experience in SAP S/4 implementations for these modules
Knowledge of business processes within supply chain and warehouse distribution
Experience with SAP S/4 eWM, IM, and MM modules and end-to-end processes in supply chain, manufacturing, and warehouse distribution management
Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
Experience in process design, configuration, and troubleshooting of SAP S/4 modules
Knowledge and experience in ABAP basics, including debugging, is an advantage
Knowledge and experience with SAP Solution Manager for managing changes, transports, and incidents is an advantage
Experience with other SAP modules integrated with eWM, such as O2C, PP, and/or QM, is a plus
Mandarin speaking is an advantage
