About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy, operating model, and execution for the Refinish business
- Lead CRM governance, pipeline management, sales operating pace, and Commercial Excellence deployment
- Provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight while helping regional teams improve daily execution
- Focus on improving commercial agility, sales productivity, and profitable growth through disciplined use of data and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in sales, commercial excellence, or customer-facing functions within a global organization
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), pipeline management, sales operating models, and sales governance
- Experience leading large-scale global process, system, and tool deployments with high adoption rates
- Fluent in English
