About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive continuous improvement and elevate operational performance across the site
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Apply Lean tools such as A3, root cause analysis, 5S, visual management, flow, and pull systems
- Drive process standardization and sustain daily management systems (KPIs, visual controls, routines)
- Facilitate kaizen events, value stream mapping, and cross-functional workshops
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teams
- Train and mentor employees on Lean principles and problem-solving methods
- Support change management and sustain operational improvements
- Track and communicate performance metrics and improvement results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of manufacturing, operations, engineering, or continuous improvement experience preferred
- Strong experience with Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to influence teams and work closely with operations
- Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
