About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the profitable sales growth for USCA Protective and Marine Coatings
- Lead and direct activities for geographically focused Engineering Specification Representative(s) roles in your region
- Develop and execute segment, region, and customer sales strategies
- Identify market and segment strategies to maximize revenue and profit
- Ensure cooperation between strategic sales managers, key account managers, technical service representatives, and other PPG teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- A college degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years experience calling on architects, engineering firms and general contractors working with specifications
- Experience hiring, developing and leading a team focused across the region on specification and contract chain
- Strong technical understanding product specification cycles and construction process
