About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Use procedures, policy manuals, and other reference materials to assist in answering and resolving employee and manager inquiries by phone and web chat in real time.
  • Process new hires, movement, employee status changes, and other employee events in Workday.
  • Prepare documentation related to the employee lifecycle and ensure all documents comply with requirements.
  • Communicate and educate customers on HR policies, procedures, and related government regulations.
  • Collaborate with local HR team to deliver high-quality services that are compliant with global standards.
  • Maintain employee files and records to meet defined requirements.
  • Continuously improve HR-related processes by improvement projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and knowledge of English
  • Minimum Diploma
  • 1 or more years of experience as a customer service representative in a call centre environment
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, focus on solution
  • Continuous Improvement mindset and able to accept fast-paced environment
