About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take over local reporting responsibilities
Create simple reports in Power BI
Run and refresh reports regularly
Maintain reporting processes and ensure data correctness
Share reports with users on time and at expected frequencies
Keep detailed process notes and track usage statistics
Support the Power BI Data Analyst in developing new reports
Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work
Validate and test new reports
Assist report users in understanding calculation methods and report logic

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in marketing, business, finance or related field
Knowledge of sales, marketing and business processes
2-3 years of proven working experience in reporting and analysis
Ability to develop relationship with remote locations and work with different levels of management
Fluent English speaker
Strong Excel skills including power query/power pivot
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting software (Power BI)
Organizational skills, adaptability and outstanding attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Good communication
Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility
