About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take over local reporting responsibilities
- Create simple reports in Power BI
- Run and refresh reports regularly
- Maintain reporting processes and ensure data correctness
- Share reports with users on time and at expected frequencies
- Keep detailed process notes and track usage statistics
- Support the Power BI Data Analyst in developing new reports
- Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work
- Validate and test new reports
- Assist report users in understanding calculation methods and report logic
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in marketing, business, finance or related field
- Knowledge of sales, marketing and business processes
- 2-3 years of proven working experience in reporting and analysis
- Ability to develop relationship with remote locations and work with different levels of management
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong Excel skills including power query/power pivot
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting software (Power BI)
- Organizational skills, adaptability and outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility
