About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take over local reporting responsibilities
  • Create simple reports in Power BI
  • Run and refresh reports regularly
  • Maintain reporting processes and ensure data correctness
  • Share reports with users on time and at expected frequencies
  • Keep detailed process notes and track usage statistics
  • Support the Power BI Data Analyst in developing new reports
  • Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work
  • Validate and test new reports
  • Assist report users in understanding calculation methods and report logic

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in marketing, business, finance or related field
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing and business processes
  • 2-3 years of proven working experience in reporting and analysis
  • Ability to develop relationship with remote locations and work with different levels of management
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Strong Excel skills including power query/power pivot
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting software (Power BI)
  • Organizational skills, adaptability and outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good communication
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility
