About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze product owner feedback to create user stories and detailed requirements for the development team.
  • Define and document clear acceptance criteria to ensure shared understanding across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with SQAs to review test cases and validate results.
  • Work with development teams following Agile and Scrum principles to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Utilize AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, and decision-making tasks.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to evaluate multiple approaches and identify feasible solutions.
  • Manage requirement changes, improvements, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation and workflows using Azure DevOps.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices within the BA community.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience in ecommerce and web development environments.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Nice-to-have).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Nice-to-have).
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to support analysis and documentation (Nice-to-have).
  • Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments (Nice-to-have).
