Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert-level understanding of PPG Collision Services offerings
- Knowledge of College and MVP Business Solutions
- Experience with PPG performance tools like PMXI and LINQ™
- Understanding of key Collision Center KPIs
- Ability to educate customers on PPG services and solutions
- Engage assigned customers to understand operational challenges
- Provide on-site performance support
- Coordinate installation and upgrades as needed
- Monthly structured KPI and performance reviews with customers
- Track action plans tied to customer goals and agreed metrics
