About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the delivery of IT and Business initiatives across the Asia Pacific region
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and diverse global technology teams, including ERP, Infrastructure, Security, and Custom Solution team
- Translate business needs into effective technology solutions
- Define high‑level requirements and support initiative prioritization
- Align stakeholder expectations and coordinate meetings and discussions
- Provide project management support to ensure solutions meet PPG's strategic goals and deliver on business requirements, quality, cost, and timeline commitments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 years of experience in IT, business process engineering, digital initiatives implementation, project management, or related discipline experience
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems is good to have. Knowledge of SAP system is beneficial
- Work with and lead both technical (IT) team members and business team members to achieve project success. Requires a person who has understanding of business process mapping and design.
- Analytical and problem-solving skillset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing such as White Papers or training material
