About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery of IT and Business initiatives across the Asia Pacific region
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and diverse global technology teams, including ERP, Infrastructure, Security, and Custom Solution team
  • Translate business needs into effective technology solutions
  • Define high‑level requirements and support initiative prioritization
  • Align stakeholder expectations and coordinate meetings and discussions
  • Provide project management support to ensure solutions meet PPG's strategic goals and deliver on business requirements, quality, cost, and timeline commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 years of experience in IT, business process engineering, digital initiatives implementation, project management, or related discipline experience
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience with ERP systems is good to have. Knowledge of SAP system is beneficial
  • Work with and lead both technical (IT) team members and business team members to achieve project success. Requires a person who has understanding of business process mapping and design.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skillset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing such as White Papers or training material
