About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle customer inquiries related to order, products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Build strong relationship with main customers and stakeholders.
- Process sales orders accurately in ERP system.
- Process /Access to customer portal base on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production and Logistic teams.
- Monitor Order Status and proactively update customers on delays or changes.
- Monitor / tracking stocks level both PPG and customer.
- Resolve customer complaints, including product quality or shipments issues.
- Manage export / import documentation if dealing with international customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction data.
- Support the data for weekly /monthly reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
