About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary finance partner to global corporate function executives, providing forward-looking financial insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Influence enterprise investment decisions by evaluating trade-offs between cost efficiency, capability building, and long-term value creation
  • Support major transformation initiatives with rigorous financial analysis to optimize and or right-size organizational structures and cost pools
  • Lead the global planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for all corporate functions, including annual operating plan and rolling forecasts
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of functional cost drivers, headcount, productivity metrics, and capital investments across regions
  • Ensure alignment between functional plans and overall enterprise financial targets
  • Establish clear financial performance metrics and KPIs for corporate functions, including cost efficiency, ROI, and value creation metrics
  • Deliver executive-level insights through concise storytelling, variance analysis, trend identification, and scenario modeling
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions and investment reallocations
  • Drive strong financial governance, ensuring transparency, consistency, and compliance with corporate policies and internal controls
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior-level FP&A leadership in a large, complex, global organization
  • Deep expertise in corporate FP&A, SG&A management, and enterprise planning processes
  • Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence decisions at the highest organizational levels
  • Strong financial modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis capabilities
