Territory Sales Manager – Automotive Refinish
PPGTerritory Sales Manager developing and growing the Oklahoma territory for PPG's Automotive Refinish business. Responsible for sales and service provision targets and managing distributor relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and grow the Oklahoma territory
- Provide information and market data to ensure effective delivery of the overall business targets
- Deliver specific sales and service provision targets in line with Regional, Zone, and National targets
- Report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager
- Achieve annual sales plans for growth and key objectives
- Develop a detailed understanding of end customer requirements and business strategy
- Manage distributor relationships
- In-depth knowledge of body shop/fleet operations
- Target and develop relationships with key dealer, Regional MSO, and independent collision center operations
- Work within a team atmosphere to develop the market and maximize potential
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years proven track record in growing sales and managing a territory
- Prior Automotive Refinish or collision experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Using a CRM platform
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (Expected overnight travel is 25%)
