About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) technical operations and solution delivery across development landscapes.
- Administer and maintain SAP BTP subaccounts, services, entitlements, destinations, roles, and connectivity configurations to ensure secure and stable platform operations.
- Develop, test, and deploy SAP BTP applications and technical components aligned with business and architecture standards.
- Monitor platform health, application performance, logs, and integrations, and resolve incidents or performance bottlenecks.
- Complete platform audit and compliance activities, including access reviews, configuration validation, and technical documentation updates.
- Provide technical support for BTP environments, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate resolution with teams.
- Guide technical deliverables across assigned workstreams, including release support, transport/deployment activities, and post-release stabilization.
- Implement innovation opportunities on SAP BTP (new services, automation, reusable components, and optimization projects).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or academic project experience in SAP, cloud, or enterprise application development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0 or more years of experience in SAP development, cloud platform administration, or application support.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Malaysia and other languages are an advantage.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP UI5, CAP/Node.js/Java, integration services, and basic security/compliance practices.
