Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the global execution of HR strategies and initiatives
Be the strategic HR partner to B2B sales leadership
Build and manage succession plans in partnership with business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
8+ years of progressive HR experience within matrixed industrial manufacturing organizations
Demonstrated experience partnering with global, matrixed B2B sales organizations
Prior experience shaping and implementing talent and culture strategy alongside senior leadership
Possess cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to work successfully across borders, functions, and levels
