About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide accurate data and analysis related to product costs, manufacturing, and distribution operations
  • Manage the Operations Finance activities for numerous US plant locations
  • Lead a team of 8 Operations Finance team members
  • Oversee month end close activities related to manufacturing operations
  • Support team in providing profit analysis and communication of manufacturing spend results
  • Manage completion of inventory accounts including trend analysis and monthly account reconciliation approvals
  • Support the team in completion of the annual budget and product re-costs to support accurate inventory valuation
  • Ensure team members procedures are performed following internal control requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 6+ years of finance and accounting experience
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with large Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle, SAP, or QAD
  • Technical proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
